Did anyone have any inkling when they picked up the first volume of Now That's What I Call Music! (above) back in 1983 that the series would become the best-selling, longest-running series in the history of recorded music and still be going with no end in sight thirty-five years later? On July 20th, Now That's What I Call Music:100 will be released in the United Kingdom. As part of this momentous occasion, the very first Now That's What I Call Music is being reissued on vinyl, cassette, and compact disc will be released that same day.
As stated in the title above, this is my final Now That's What I Call Music! post. While I didn't cover them all I covered enough to know I've covered enough.
