Issue 444, dated March 28, 1985, featured Crockett & Tubbs from Miami Vice on the cover and 11 albums reviewed near the back of the issue, including at least three albums HERC has already featured over on 1985: A Vinyl Odyssey.  This issue also featured articles on Wham!, Mick Jagger, the recently recorded USA for Africa session and the first part of a special report on AIDS.  Also inside this College Special issue: a brief article on Molly Ringwald and a profile of nine young and rich entrepreneurs, including a 29 year old Bill Gates.

In addition to cover art, each album below has the title (with Spotify link when available), album artist, label, release date, the critic's name and the original 1985 rating (number of stars) as well as the ratings from Rolling Stone Album Guide (1992) and The New Rolling Stone Album Guide (2004). HERC Included those last two ratings because sometimes history doesn't repeat itself - it rewrites or revises itself.
