OH YES HE DID! Hambonian Entertainment's own Dirk Digglinator has posted the first volume in a promised monthly series of Radio Daze Revisited mixes over at Mixcloud!
For Distinguished Aficionados Of Top 40 History & Smooth, Soft-Rock Gold, @DirkDigglinator Proudly Presents... A Further Extension Of Rhino Records' 5-CD, "Radio Daze: Pop Hits Of The '80s" Series.Heck, he even credits your boy HERC as "Torchbearer" and "Virtual" Music Supervisor.
Mixcloud does have an iOS app which is how HERC enjoyed this mix during his morning yoga and yogurt routine. For Spotify purposes, only ten of the twelve tracks are currently licensed but the abbreviated playlist is here if you want it.

ReplyDeleteIf not for the groundwork you've laid, and your creativity in keeping the "Radio Daze" series alive via 'imagined' editions, I would never have thought to launch my own interpretations. I most certainly never 'imagined' my little recommendation last year to the "Soft-Rock Kid" would have such a ripple-effect on the big, bad blogosphere! I've been extremely impressed with all of the hard 'daze' work you and Mark have devoted to the cause. You both should be very proud.
And don't forget to stay tuned to your radio dial for more late-breaking soft-rock updates... Peace!
