Only 27 albums made the Top 10 on Billboard's LPs and Tape chart during the Bicentennial Summer of 1976 and only five of those made it all the way up to Number One. The fifteen weeks HERC used to define the Summer were the charts dated May 29th through September 4th. As he was slowly evolving more into an album buyer at the ripe old age of ten, HERC owned all but numbers 8, 6 and 5 on vinyl.
