Happy Summer from the land Down Under!
It's Summertime south of the equator and things officially get poppin' when Australia's two biggest compilation series release their Hits Of Summer 2014 discs.
So Fresh The Hits Of Summer 2014 came out on November 22, 2013, a few weeks before the official start of Summer. Featuring 20 tracks including "Timber", the current Spotify Australia #1 single. (Four of the twenty songs are not yet available through Spotify USA but they are listed in playlist below.)
As they always do, the So Fresh series packs an extra disc, either a DVD or a CD, in each album. This time around it's The Best Of 2013, another 20 track CD. (Two of the songs are not yet available through Spotify USA but they are listed in playlist below.)
On November 8, 2013, Now The Hits Of Summer 2014 was released. It has 20 tracks, some of which are by artists also featured on the So Fresh discs above. EMI, the company behind the Now series in Australia, also put together an official Spotify playlist for the album but it only features 12 of the 20 songs as playable; HERC's playlist below lists all 20 tracks as well yet features 16 tracks that are playable through Spotify USA. (Four of the songs are not the radio friendly versions and they are clearly labeled as EXPLICIT.)
