HERC cannot recall how or when "How Bizarre" wormed its way into his brain but it was another one of those costly no single for sale you'll have to buy the whole CD situations. Because of the no single technicality, the song was ineligible for the almighty Hot 100 but it made at least five other Billboard charts. "How Bizarre" was a late-bloomer as well, taking nearly two years from the time it was first released in New Zealand in 1995, to sweep across Europe and then finally onto American airwaves in May 1997.
