As you write, the inclusion of Boston is a mystery, as is Foreigner, ELO, REO Journeywagon, Fleetwood Mac (Fleetwood is a Cadillac, not a yacht), Cutting Crew, Roxy Music, and so forth and whatnot. However, they do include some YR staples including, but not limited to, Doobies, Toto, Boz, and Robbie Dupree.<br /><br />And to answer your unasked question about the Sirius/XM yacht rock channel, the issue is "an incredibly short-stacked playlist" as well as a failure to grasp the entire concept of YR by the program director (or his/her faulty AI algorithms).
