Radio Daze '82 was also the title of one of Brandon's very first Best Albums That K-Tel Never Made and was first shared back in 2016 before being featured over on The K-Tel Kollection in May 2017.
On a dare from this guy who was turned onto the series by this guy, Rhino's all too brief Radio Daze five-volume series from 1995 was reviewed on The Hideaway in October 2013 and was immediately followed by eleven homebrewed Radio Daze tributes, posted weekly. Each of the Radio Daze tributes was reviewed by the soft rock kid - the very same guy who nudged HERC into reviewing the original Radio Daze series. Those Radio Daze tributes inspired Dirk Digglinator™, who is the guy who suggested to the soft rock kid that he might enjoy the Radio Daze series in the first place to share four Radio Daze (Revisited) mixes of his own.

I loved Rhino's very short-lived Radio Daze set. These playlists keep that spirit alive while still celebrating the Top 40 days of my high school and first year of college. So surprised so many of these songs never made it to the Top 10 - but then again there was so much amazing music at the time that the competition at the top was fierce.
